Terms & Conditions

These Conditions"
means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out  in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any  special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the client and the service provider.

"The client" means the person who accepts a quotation or offer from the service provider or the person booking on behalf of any other person who accepts a quotation or offer, from the service provider for the sale of services or whose order for the services is accepted by the service provider , either by email, in writing, or by telephone.

"The service provider"
means Only Airports Cars (www.onlyairportscars.com).

"The Contract"
means the contract for the provision of airport transfer services under these conditions.

"The Service" means the service of transport as agreed at the time of booking, which the service provider is to supply in accordance with these conditions.

All Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time. All cash fares are paid to the driver in British Sterling (£) at the end of  your journey.

All Airport pick ups will have a surcharge of £10.00 to include the cost of car parking and the first 40 minutes waiting from the actual landing time, thereafter you will be charged 30 pence per minute after first 40 minutes.There is no additional charge for flight delay.

All Fares are quoted at a flat rate. Any diversions, additional pickups or set downs by passengers will be charged a minimum of £5.00 per diversion.

Child Car Seats & Booster seats/cushions are available on pre-booked journeys at the cost of £5.00 per unit per trip.

All Saloon and estate cars are insured for a maximum of 4 passengers. Five to Eight Seater vehicles are also available.

A driver has the right to refuse any passengers having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion.

Our drivers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss / damage is sustained.

Our drivers will travel by the most convenient and expedient route unless specifically instructed to do so by their client.

We adopt a non-smoking policy in each of our vehicles.

There are seasonal 50% surcharges on our prices on specific dates only.

These are 24 –25- 26 December & 31 and 1st of every year. Credit card payments will incure an extra charge of £3.00 for processing fees and
£ 5.00 for bookings over £100.

Cancellation & Returns
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer before 6 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all amount paid will be refundable.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer before 3 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all amount paid will be non-refundable.

If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all amount paid will be non-refundable.

Our driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he/she feels may be a threat to him/herself or to vehicle.
